All DEELUXE boots are medium width. Based on years of research, we chose a fit that is perfect for snowboarding. If you are looking for a custom fit, every DEELUXE boot model is also available with customizable Thermo-Flex liners. Then follow the instructions and fill out the warranty form accordingly. Our customer service team will evaluate your claim or ask you for more information if needed. In case of a warranty, they will proceed to replace your product or offer you another solution.

Payment and dispatch

The following terms and conditions apply to all orders placed via our online shop.

Domestic delivery (Austria) and neighbouring countries: Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden.

Dispatch costs (inclusive of legally applicable VAT)

Domestic deliveries (Austria): 

We charge a flat shipping fee of 5,00 € per order.

From an order value of 99,00 € onwards, we deliver shipments free of cost.

Deliveries to foreign countries:

We charge a flat shipping fee for international deliveries of 5,00 € per order.

From an order value of 99,00 €, we deliver shipments to foreign countries free of cost.

Delivery periods

Unless otherwise specified in the quote, domestic delivery of goods shall be made (Austria) within 2 – 6 working days, for deliveries abroad within 2 – 6 working days from conclusion of contract (if advance payment agreed from the date of the payment instruction).
Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays and other holidays.
If you have ordered articles with different delivery dates, we send the articles together in one delivery if no other agreement has been made. The delivery date for the complete order will be the same as that of the article with the longest delivery time.

If payment is made using a credit card, your credit card account is debited in conjunction with the conclusion of the contract.
