Gabriel Wibmer – From Motocross to MTB Pro
Gabriel was already on a motocross bike at the age of five, before gradually shifting his focus to trials – first on a motorcycle, then on a mountain bike. But the more time passed, the more he missed the thrill of speed. At age twelve, he took the leap into downhill racing – inspired by the pros he first saw live at an iXS European Cup in Leogang.
In 2016, he earned the unofficial title of world champion in the U15 category in Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis. Since then, he's become a firm fixture in the downhill scene, regularly competing in the UCI Downhill World Cup and the iXS European Downhill Cup.
But away from racing, Gabriel remains true to his creative roots – regularly making waves in the scene with spectacular videos, unique lines, and viral clips. His videos simply make you want to ride. And that’s what it’s all about: getting out there, trying new things, pushing limits – just like Gabriel.
